| Insurance： | ALPHA Corporation Inc. has insurance in the event of unforeseen accidents. The damage incurred by an accident will be insured as long as it is within the insurance coverage. Please note that Neuroscience2021(the 44th Annual Meeting of the Japan Neuroscience Society / the 1st CJK International Meeting) will not be responsible for any accidents related to the day care service. |
【Important】
Babysitters will be arranged based upon your reservations. You will be asked to pay the full amount based on your reservation, even if you did not use the service. If you are delayed in picking up your child(ren), you will be asked to pay for the overtime fees.
Budget of Neuroscience2021 covers most of operating cost of the day care service with other participants’ understanding and cooperation. We ask kind understanding and cooperation of participants who use this service since it is provided with the limited budget, though there may be inconvenience points for some users.
【To prevent infection】
・Child who are 2 years and older must wear a mask.
・Please feed your child(ren) outside of the day care room if it is possible.
・Be sure to use hand sanitizer, wear a mask and come with one guardian when you come to pick your child(ren).
A nursing room will be open in the meeting site. No reservations are required. Please ask its location at registration desk.
