Registration fees for members are untaxed. Registration fees for non-members include tax.

 

Notes

• Please select the category that you will fit into at the time when the meeting takes place (July 28 – 31, 2021) regardless of the current category of your JNS membership (regular, junior, or student).
• Your registration fee may be supported by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research or other grants if you are to present the research results at the meeting. Please contact the administrative staff at your workplace for details.

To graduate students

• Graduate students who intend to register as a non-member should present a student ID card at the time of registration. Please follow the instructions on the pre-registration screen and upload a copy of both sides of your student ID card with the expiry date.
• If you register on-site, please present your student ID card at the reception desk.

2. Pre-Registration

A long que is expected at the on-site registration desk. Pre-registration for the annual meeting is recommended to get a discount as well.

Payment method

• Please select either a credit card payment or a payment service at a convenience store.
  Please note that only credit card payments will be accepted from June 1.
  If you wish to make your payment in or after April, please check “I want to pay in April or later” first.
• Your registration ID and password are required when you wish to view or change your registration information. Please be sure to keep them in a safe place.

Cancellation/Modification of your Registration

Registration fees or reception fees that are already paid will not be refunded for any reason.
Please be sure not to duplicate your registration nor payment of registration fees.

4. On-Site Registration/Online Registration

You may register on the day of the meeting.

Please download a registration form from below, fill it out, and bring it to the on-site registration desk. The registration form is also available at the site. Only cash payments will be accepted.

5. How to Receive a Meeting Badge/Receipt

＜Participants who pre-registered for the meeting＞

Those who have completed registration and payment of registration fees will be able to download the following after logging in to the registration system.
*Downloading the receipt from the registration system was closed.

1. Meeting badge (name card)
   Meeting badges are available for downloading from Thursday, July 22.
2. Receipt for the payment of the registration fee
   *Payment receipts are available for downloading only if you have paid registration fees with credit cards.

＜Note＞

Meeting badge and receipt will not be sent to you by mail. Please download and print your meeting badge, and bring it with you on site on the day of the Meeting.

＜On-site registrants＞

Please receive the meeting badge and receipt when you register for the meeting on-site.

 

 

6. Reception

The reception is not be held.

 

 

7. Neuroscience Society Membership

• CNS/JNS/KSBNS members can get a discount on registration fees. Non-members are encouraged to take this opportunity to join the Neuroscience Society of either China, Japan, or South Korea.
• The first author should be a member of the Neuroscience Society of either China, Japan, or South Korea. Non-members who are planning to present their work are asked to immediately apply for membership.
  Please be aware that if your application for membership or payment of membership fee is not confirmed after you submitted your abstract, your submission may be retracted by the meeting organizer.
• It may take time to obtain a membership ID (number) after you submit an application. Would-be-members are advised to apply for membership well in advance.
